經過一段時間的準備，「玳玉珈琲」終於在台南踏出了新的一步！從2月15日開始，玳玉將在台南市東區東興路141號（隱身在烏桕巷內）的溫馨空間裡，開啟台南試營運。
每週末的午後，就帶著輕鬆的心情來這裡，喝杯咖啡，享受就半樓和室的隱秘感，感受窗戶透進的光線古色古香的環境佈置，營造出一個能讓心沉澱下來的小角落，適合慢慢品嚐一杯熱咖啡，或捧著書靜靜度過午後，享受片刻的平靜。
咖啡與平靜時光的搭配
「玳玉咖啡」主打以法蘭絨濾布手沖的咖啡，步驟繁複些，但喝起來的滋味特別圓潤，像是在日本的小小咖啡店一樣，更柔和的香氣，這樣的咖啡能讓人放鬆下來。
兩款咖啡豆營造自自店名「玳玉」，深焙的「玳」，帶著濃郁的黑金色調，像是木屋裡點著暖燈的夜晚；而淺焙的「玉」，則像清晨的柔光，金黃中透出細膩的甜。
店主說：希望喝下的人也能感受到其中的色彩，不過最重要的還是輕鬆的享受喝咖啡的時光！

試營運的初期，探店或單純只是想喝一杯咖啡的客人會變得比較多，請攜帶多一點耐心，好好品嚐這份從嘉義回到台南的獨特品味，與陽光灑進室內時閃閃發亮的時刻。

After brewing plans for a while, Daiyu(玳玉) Coffee is ready to take its first step in Tainan! Starting February 15, 2025, this new gem will open its doors every weekend from 1 PM to 7 PM at 141 Dongxing Road, East District (tucked away in Wujiu Lane/Yidong Road Lane 86). Step into this welcoming space for a hand-brewed coffee and a moment of calm. The cozy tatami loft, with its soft light filtering through the window, creates a peaceful vibe—perfect for sipping a warm cup or flipping through a poetry book.

At Daiyu(玳玉) Coffee, every cup is brewed with care using a flannel filter, delivering a smooth, rich flavor that feels like a gentle exhale. The signature “Dai” deep roast offers a bold, dark golden warmth, while the “Yu” light roast shines with a delicate, golden glow. Paired with a friend’s room-temperature desserts, these coffees turn a simple afternoon into something special.
